Currently we are assistign one of our reputable client to lookout for Project Management Officer (PMO) Analyst, comfortable with 12 months contract period to start with, renewable.

Requirements :

• Support the end to end PMO related functions for the project such as billings, procurement, resource planning, client deliverables management & project status reporting.
• Work closely with the project team in the preparation of the project status reports and ensure timely submission
• Participate in client meetings for project status updates and document action points where needed
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure that delivery timelines are met, and project related deliverables are completed without delay
• Provide support in resource planning and coordinate with HR in the tracking of open resourcing demands along with the processing of resource onboarding and offboarding Assist in the management of assets and any administrative requests within the account

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Familiar with full recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting the right candidates according to clients’ requirements, as well as work pass procedures

· Sourcing and establish own client base, provide good customer service to clients and candidates

REQUIREMENTS:

· Must be CEI attained EA personnel

· Sales oriented and proven track record in manpower placement industry

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

MODE OF REMUNERATION:

Responsibilties

• Ensure overall success of a project, or a portfolio of projects, by ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, meet business requirements and comply with governance framework, including security and resiliency.
• Manage and monitor project plan, project milestones, risk and change management to ensure delivery of the project on schedule, within scope and budget.
• Plan and manage the scope of the project, its objectives and desired outcomes, and ensure alignment of project to the business outcomes of the Authority.
• Lead the development of the overall project schedule & activities based on the appropriate methodology
• Conduct regular work group meetings and provide project progress and status reports to stakeholders with good presentation skills.
• Perform stakeholder management, including keeping the relevant stakeholders informed of the project status on a timely and regular basis.
• Manage processes and procedures covering issue and risk management.
• Manage the project schedule & lead activities towards the successful closure of the project including Performance Guarantee and Warranty Period
• Contract Management
• Service Level Management (SLA)
• Service/Change Request Management (scope, schedule, budget, prioritisation)
• Problem and Incident Management (tracking, escalation, closure)

Requirements

• Tertiary Education in relevant fields is preferred.
• CITPM (Certified ICT Project Management Programme) or PMP (Project Management Professional) or COMIT (Certification in Outsourcing Management for IT) or an equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience in full project development life cycles
• Team player with project management and people management skills
• Experience in Hardware or Technical refresh project is an added advantage.
• Analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Singapore Authority procurement and governance processes will be an added advantage.
