- Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather purchasing requirements and create purchase orders.
- Monitor shipment dates and manage supplier relationships, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
- Utilize procurement software to process purchase requisitions, track inventory levels, and generate reports.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 1-year relevant experience in supply chain industry.
- Prior knowledge utilizing SAP software will be an advantage.
