We are seeking highly motivated candidates for the position of PMO Support within Information Technology Department.The successful candidate will support the Project Manager in administrative (update progress reports, prepare management reporting materials and meeting arrangements) and budgetary (cost tracking, budget utilization report) activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Lead/Manager to jointly create project plans, system investment budget application, project initiation request, project reports.
• Assist Project Lead/Manager in budget/resource planning, procurement, payment, tracking the usage of investment and expense budgets in accordance with the approved term and overall budgets.
• Render help to project managers to provide project administration support for activities such as Outsourcing, Contract, vendor on/off boarding.
• Organize as required projects meetings,follow-up and minutes taking, newsletter, and other administrative tasks.
• Assisting Project Lead/Manager for other ad-hoc tasks
• Assist multiple project managers/ leads acoss the department in project administrative activities.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders.
• Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and support implementation.

Qualification:

• A Degree/Diploma with at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in using Microsoft project
• Good understanding of company internal control policies and standards
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
• A sense of initiative and proactive action is expected
