About the Job:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Operations Executive with 2 years of experience in operational roles. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Japanese and possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. The role requires a high level of adaptability, multitasking, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute market research and consulting projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Planning and Control Engineer to join our team for a 12-month contract. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Work closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
• Conduct project planning and control activities, including resource allocation, budgeting, and cost control.
• Track project performance, identifying deviations from the plan, and recommending corrective actions.
• Prepare and present project reports, including progress reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
