• Work with franchisees and their managers to ensure restaurants within the Markets are maintained and developed to the highest standards of product quality, service and cleanliness. Recommend and implement action plans to ensure continued progress in all elements of customer satisfaction and operation excellence (including Win Score – guest satisfaction, FSCC – food safety and ACE – brand standards).

• Conduct/coordinate the regional Champions Week, including the Champions League (Champs Challenge) and the Champions Club, thereby building the culture and capability of the Franchisee Operations teams.

Requirements:

• Degree / Masters with 10+ years progressive job experience with significant emphasis on Brand standards, 3rd party vendor management and project management
• Have had experience of working in or with regional roles, potentially in a matrix organization, and of building relationships and influencing across functional lines, as well as the ability to influence, guide and motivate without direct control.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering only.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of work experience in infrastructural or marine construction industry. However open to fresh graduate to apply.
• Relevant project experiences in dredging, reclamation or near shore construction will be preferred.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and BCA regulations.
• Daily sea travel to island work site is mandatory.
