Job Description

• Position Title: Class 4 bus Driver
• Working Hours: 6 days, Monday to Saturday
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a bus to transport passengers along designated routes.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers according to the schedule.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bus interior.
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Address any passenger inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.
• Report any mechanical issues or incidents to the relevant authorities promptly.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Communicate any scheduling changes, delays, or emergencies promptly to the designated supervisor or management team.
• Being able to speak English well.

Job Description:

• Oversee project and liaise with contractors and suppliers and internal stakeholders on project matters.
• Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measure.
• Liaise with Mall Management on renovation requirements / permit-to-work application.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
• Track and report on project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Manages project plans including budget and resources needed for target achievement.
• Ensure deadlines are met, provide project documentation and provide reports on project updates to management when required.
• Carry out designs and concepts as per drawing details and perspectives.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Design and Building Management, Architecture, or a related field in building/construction or minimum of 2 years of experience in construction projects.
• Proficiency in project budgeting and scheduling is essential.
• Exhibits a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Strong team player and self-driven
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
• Resourceful

Job Description:

- Able to follow transportation route as directed, and pick-up and drop-off at fixed location safely on schedule.

- To perform daily vehicles maintenance (eg: check seat-belts, air-con, tires, etc) including fuel top-up.

- To upkeeping cleanliness and hygiene of assigned vehicles.

- Dispatch vehicles to and fro for maintenance, inspection, and other vehicles errands as needed.

- Report any vehicles maintenance, malfunctions, or repair if needed to the operation POC.

- Comply with traffic regulations and safety procedures to always operate vehicles in a safe manner.

- Customer service-oriented.

- Any other ad-hoc trips as assigned.

Requirements:

- Possess an excellent teamwork attitude with strong passion and be committed to the task assigned.

- Must be willing to work on early/night hours including weekends and public holidays.

- Possess Singapore Class 4 Driving license with good driving records.

- Possess/Committed to obtain Bus Driver Vocational License (BDVL).

- Experience with good knowledge of operating heavy vehicles.

- Familiar with Singapore Roads.

- Staying North/West of Singapore is an advantage.

- Have basic knowledge of using mobile phone applications.

- At least 2 years of driving experience.
