The role involves supporting the business development and marketing function of our Singapore and Hong Kong offices. You will play a hands-on role in contributing to the firm’s success and building our brand both regionally and globally.

• Collect and track representative experience and maintain the firm’s experience database.
• Conduct research on current and prospective clients and industry trends.
• Manage the firm’s CRM database.
• Organise and produce physical and virtual events for internal and external parties.
• Work on special projects and any other ad hoc requirements for the BDMC function as required.

Skills/Experience

• An appropriate tertiary qualification (likely in marketing, business or management). A legal qualification is an advantage.
• Ideally at least 3 years of business development and marketing experience in a legal or professional services environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent project co-ordination/administration skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills - in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Able to work independently and autonomously as well as in a team.

About the Role

Optimise business processes and lead change initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with various internal teams to understand current processes, identify areas for improvement, implement solutions and drive measurable results.

What you will do:

• Support Head of Department in organisational change activities and implementing changes.
• Undertake BAU tasks/roles on short term and rotational basis to better understand business processes, platforms and associate systems.
