• Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation to ensure quality and usability of solutions.
• Make recommendations and propose functional solutions to meet business/project requirements.

• Diploma/Degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
• Have 3-4 years of working experience in sales & marketing application/system development or as a system functional consultant for specific/assigned business domain.
• Have experience in system functional development, deployment, and integration of software solutions.
• Have worked in an Agile environment involving intra and inter-team dependencies and with scrum methodology practices.
• Experience in vendor, project, service, people, stakeholder/customer management and process improvement.
• Experience with software test methodologies, test scripting and testing tools.
• Have functional knowledge and experience working with the required (or similar) domain technologies (e.g. MarTech,Salesforce, CRMs, AWS).

Professional Education/License (if any)
