As a subject matter expert for the assigned functional domain, partner up with domain stakeholders to understand learning delivery goals and context, to help achieve the defined organization outcomes.
Accountabilities
- Translate customer needs to be enable by systems or systems' functions by working with stakeholders to identify business needs; conduct in-depth analysis of the business requirements specifications, processes and feasibility studies on possible business solutions.
- Participant projects in the capacity as a project lead or subject matter expert, both in-house and out-sourced, to meet project scope, budget and schedule, with proper project plan that is closely monitored and if necessary, adjusted; which will include the managing of service providers (either internally or outsourced) to support successful delivery.
- Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation to ensure quality and usability of solutions.
- Make recommendations and propose functional solutions to meet business/project requirements.
- Apply continuous improvement efforts for application, support and practice development efforts to improved system capabilities or to ensure systems reliabilities/robustness.
- Provide deep or escalated functional/technical assistance for end-user troubleshooting, bug fixes, “how-to” assistance and enhancements, and to ensure timely resolutions for application issues and appropriate application design.
- When assigned, manage projects to ensure successfully delivery.
- Provides required documentation and participates in architecture reviews to ensure that the solutions comply with standards and the use approved technologies.
- Provide/Conduct training to users (staffs) to start using the system or be effective in using the systems.
- Train team members to have the knowledge and be effective in using/supporting/ enhancing a delivered system/solution.
- Support development of team capabilities to meet organizational strategies/goals by developing the capabilities of the team by guiding & coaching junior team members.
- Understand Marketing Qualified Lead and Sales Qualified Leads and able to apply into daily work.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
- Have 3-4 years of working experience in sales & marketing application/system development or as a system functional consultant for specific/assigned business domain.
- Have experience in system functional development, deployment, and integration of software solutions.
- Have worked in an Agile environment involving intra and inter-team dependencies and with scrum methodology practices.
- Experience in vendor, project, service, people, stakeholder/customer management and process improvement.
- Experience with software test methodologies, test scripting and testing tools.
- Have functional knowledge and experience working with the required (or similar) domain technologies (e.g. MarTech,Salesforce, CRMs, AWS).
Professional Education/License (if any)
- Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, Web certifications
- API, AWS certifications (desirable).
- Project management, Scrum certifications (desirable).

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral.
- Good problem-solving skill that is able to analyse issues from multiple perspectives and derive pragmatic and comprehensive solutions to problems.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and juggle several delivery simultaneously.
