Responsibilities:

Assist in organizing various events and initiatives, including but not limited to:

• Fundraising events/initiatives such as charity golf/dinners, musicals, movie screenings, newsletters, online campaigns, and merchandise sales.
• Support coordination and collaboration with partners or individuals for events and initiatives.
• Provide logistical assistance for events and activities when needed.
• Design and create Electronic Digital Mailers (EDMs) for outreach or event invitations, based on the Authority's requirements.
• Manage queries from corporate partners or donors regarding fundraising events and initiatives.
• Track fundraising targets and receivables for each event/initiative and provide weekly updates on funds received.
• Support engagement with individuals or corporations interested in donating or supporting the organisation.
• Collaborate with social service agencies (SSAs) to feature beneficiaries in newsletters as needed.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in any discipline
2. Good command of the English language
3. Ability to work independently or in a team setting
4. Able to coordinate and work with internal and externalstakeholders
5. Good command of Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint

• Collect, study and analyse information about customers, sales trends, products and services to direct business and marketing plans
• Enter data into computer databases and other software
• Make calls and schedule appointments with potential clients over the phone and through email to determine quality of leads abd grow business
• Ensuring regular contact with existing clients to maintain company presence
• Conduct in-depth needs assessment to understand clients needs and requirements
• Working closely with business development and Consultants to ensure swift and professional support of clients
• Working with CRM softwares.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and an interest in continued knowledge of technology as it evolves
• At least one year of related research experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written formats
• Excellent interpersonal skills and engaging personality
• You have a keen eye for detail and organization
