Job scope:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
• Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, materials, and equipment
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including specifications and progress reports
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying areas for cost savings
• Mentor and lead junior engineers and project staff
• Liaise with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction
• Evaluate project outcomes and processes for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical), Building Science, or Construction Management
• Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM Software (e.g., Revit), and Microsoft Project
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the building construction industry

Project Engineers ACMV

• Good knowledge of Chiller, Cooling tower, AHU, FCU, Mechancial Ventilation Fans.
• Able to size FCUs, Flow meter, MV fans
• Manage Shop drawing approval, material submission approval
• Good understanding of contract document, and well understand the scope of works, specifications which tendered for. Able to pick up variation orders during project phase.
• Project scheduling and able to plan and mobilize manpower effectively.
• Attend weekly site progress, technical meeting with consultants, main contractor.
• Coordination with various parties.

Requirement

• Dip/ Degree in Mechancial Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Min 2 years experience in M&E projects
• Good knowledge of code of practices, ASHRAE, Green Mark requirement, Fire codes related to MV
• Salary are based on experiences and capabilities.
