Responsibilities:

The Senior Project Engineer is responsible in handling complex projects, mainly in the AirConditioning and Mechanical ventilation (ACMV), in accordance with company procedures, including the continuous improvement of productivity, customer satisfaction, schedule, delivery and safety performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the installation of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems in buildings, including ductwork, piping and equipment selection
• Develop and implement maintenance programs for HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and recommend solutions
• Manage and supervise a team of engineers and technicians to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure HVAC systems are integrated seamlessly into building designs

· Prepare the shop drawing submission schedule with target dates in relation to the Project Master Program.

· Update and incorporate all amendments of CVI / RFI into the construction drawings and ensure updated and correct drawings are used by all site employees.

Responsibilities

• To be a member of the Engineering Planning team, responsible for planning and executing telecommunication infrastructure (Duct and Manhole) and deploying fibre infrastructure.
• Perform planning and execution of pipe and fibre infrastructure projects, including Common Service Ducts (CSD), Utility Service Ducts (USD), new commercial and housing developments, and Fibre Networks.
• Update network inventory records for cables, pipelines, and orders in accordance with the planned project and on-site completion.
