• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm (One Saturday per month, 9am – 12pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in project execution.
• Coordinate and manage project documentation, liaising with customers and suppliers on project-related matters.
• Oversee internal and external coordination on issues related to quality, engineering, delivery, and commissioning.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Coordination: Organize and schedule project activities, including expediting timelines and completing field documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all project requirements are captured during the initiation phase.
• Design Review: Assess and verify design drawings prior to the start of construction.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with design teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless coordination throughout construction activities.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect subcontractor work to ensure it meets established standards and customer specifications.
• Project Execution Support: Assist the Project Manager in delivering projects on schedule, ensuring safety, and adhering to compliance standards.
• Testing & Commissioning: Oversee the testing and commissioning of equipment with subcontractors after installation.
• Customer Training: Conduct training sessions for clients following project handover.
• Final Inspections & Documentation: Perform final inspections, and prepare data for as-built drawings and comprehensive project documentation.
• EH&S Compliance: Adhere to and implement Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) policies, procedures, and applicable regulations to achieve EH&S objectives.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management.
• Strong proficiency in engineering management, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and understanding of commercial terms and conditions.
• Experience working within an ISO 9000 quality framework will be preferred
• Familiarity with Fire Protection and Fire Alarm Systems is required.
