Responsibilities
Coordination and preparation of all project artefacts through collecting, analysing, summarizing information and ensuring artefacts are delivered in accordance to the project delivery process and standards
Assist in preparations of reports and dashboards (forecast reports, budget status, and other management related reports) at group level
Monitoring progress of projects and highlight to Group Head of potential issues
Coordinating and ensuring quality controls for the deliverables are met
Track and review project financials for completeness and accuracy prior to submission, and assist project managers in procurement activities, including liaising with vendors
Tracking expenses and predicting future costs
Preparing and providing documentation to key stakeholders and internal teams
Prepare meeting agenda, presentation materials and meeting minutes plus supporting documentation for management meetings
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
At least 5 years working experience in Project Management Office, banking environment and/or project management knowledge
Meticulous, analytical and result oriented
Good communication and inter-personal skills
Well-versed with MS Power-point and MS Excel
Familiarity with project portfolio management tool
understand Project SDLC process
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Innovative and adaptable
Willing to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment
A team player as well as able to work independently
