We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Project Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing projects efficiently, ensuring optimal resource utilization and adherence to delivery timelines. You will leverage your project management expertise to oversee projects within budgetary constraints.
Your Team
You will report directly to the Deputy Project Sales Manager and work collaboratively with various departments to achieve project goals.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Strategically manage and coordinate end-to-end project activities to ensure efficient execution.
- Source materials, determine pricing, and secure confirmations.
- Control project expenditures, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.
- Provide comprehensive project support, including site evaluations, technical drawing reviews, and client meetings when necessary.
- Facilitate timely communication and coordination between internal teams and external clients.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, with a strong understanding of carpentry and construction processes.
- Oversee props checking and prepare on-site project checklists, including tools, equipment, and post-installation reports.
- Deliver project management training to support team members.
Cost Management:
- Prepare sales quotations for potential clients.
- Gather and analyze information to support project needs.
- Evaluate project estimates and overall costing.
- Develop detailed costing sheets for projects.
Vendor/Supplier Management:
Manage the selection, evaluation, and risk assessment of vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
Who We’re Looking For
Education
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Project Management or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or a related creative role, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.
Knowledge
Strong understanding of project management principles, including estimation, technical requirements, costing, labor forecasting, and relevant regulations.
Soft Skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
Software Skills
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and SketchUp.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours as project requirements dictate.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing projects within budget and resource constraints.
