Job Descriptions

• Providing strategic HR consulting and advisory services to business leaders and managers
• Partnering with stakeholders to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities
• Developing and implementing HR policies, programmes and initiatives that align with the company's goals
• Driving employee engagement and retention efforts through performance management, learning and development
• Overseeing HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits
• Collaborating with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
  

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an HR business partner, consultant or generalist
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and support strategic business priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in HR data analysis and using insights to drive HR initiatives
• Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field
