- Work with external parties and customers to plan, organize and direct activities for the assigned projects to ensure safe and smooth execution of project operations.
- Develop project schedules in compliance with customers’ requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones; develop mechanisms to track the progression as scheduled in the field; and update the schedules on regular basis.
- Responsible for site activities, coordination and supervision work related to engineering and systems design.
- Ensure timely completion of all projects particularly the T/C schedules.
- Responsible for project management including meetings, coordination, supervision, submission of shop drawing including design & planning and submission of documentation & claims etc.
- Prepare and review project scope of work and cost estimation for procurement of hardware and services. Manage vendors and review their performance.
- Manage sub-contractors including planning and site activity.
- Assist project managers in drafting quotations, contracts, and agreements.
- Liaise with consultants, architects and contractors and handle all technical matters.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma and/or Degree in engineering equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Prefer to have relevant experience in ELV system (Security Access Control System, PA, Fire Alarm system, Structured Cabling & etc).
- Have strong knowledge in designing a system for ELV security system.
- Able to manage an ELV engineering projects cycle independently with minimum supervision.
