• Resolve customer technical issues or difficulties and travel to customer sites to perform Assist in processing service reports, respond to customer enquiries, complains, machine breakdown, repair and maintenance works.
• Manage technical support solutions, service contract, warranty service, carry out testing, commissioning and servicing work at the workshop and customers sites

Requirements :

• Ability to read schematic drawings, mechanical drawings etc
• Some basic knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, SAP system.
• Strong sense of responsibility, focus on customer satisfaction
