• Assists topsides EPM in preparing project close-out, including as-built documentation and engineering close-out reports.
• Tack and coordinate changes with Discipline Leads ensuring team members follow the management of change process (MOC); ensure recorded changes are followed through.
• Proactively identify and monitor areas likely to change to reduce the “surprise” element, added costs and delays to project.
• Coordinate the interfaces with subcontractors and third party consultants and ensure all changes are captured through MOC process

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 10 years working experience in offshore oil and gas project managing topsides design works
• Able to liaise with internal and external parties
• Able to comprehend the strategies, work methods, processes and systems in overall project execution and engineering execution of topsides design
• Highly competent interpersonal and influencing skills to tactfully and diplomatically manage ambiguity, conflict and uncertainty in a culturally diverse environment.
• High awareness of safe working practices associated with design, construction, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning of an oil and gas facilities.
