Main Responsibilities:

• Formulate the plan management process, formulate and continuously improve the project plan process and rules;
• Assist the marketing department to complete the preparation of the bidding project plan;
• Formulate, approve, decompose and issue the project plan, formulate and continuously improve the project plan process and rules;
• Monitor the implementation of the plan
• Forecast trends, analyze early warnings, and regularly issue plan progress reports on the implementation of the project plan;
• Timely discover abnormal items in the key path during the implementation of the plan; urge relevant responsible personnel to provide deviation plans and correction plans for abnormal items, and conduct subsequent status tracking;
• Real-time grasp of the scope of project changes to manage plan changes, timely update project node plans, and update the third and fourth level plans and current plans of the project;
• Timely check, record, and solidify the missing items and wrong items of the plan, output the plan experience for reference of other projects, and continuously form a company-level plan database;
• Provide the planning process data required for project review.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in marine engineering or its equivalent discipline
• More than 6 years of experience in marine engineering planning management;
• Good command of English
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Descriptions:

a) Report and assist Project Manager (PM) on project functions included but not limited to project management, site management, risk control management etc. to meet the project(s) goals.

b) Assist Project Manager in project planning, implementation and to coordinate all construction works on the project site are in accordance to the master and detailed work program.

c) Prepare, plan and submit project related documents, such as schedules, method statement, design plan, risk assessment, monthly report, etc.

d) To supervise the execution of the construction works and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with contract specification/bills of quantities, construction drawings, company’s quality standards, Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) practices and all other contract document.

e) To coordinate and liaise with Client’s representatives, relevant Authorities, Consultant, Subcontractors, Suppliers, etc. on all project aspects and need be, to provide all technical and non-technical resolutions followed by documentation.

f) Liaise with client or consultant for site inspections, submission of necessary technical reports and ensure necessary records are maintained at site. Assist Contract department (QS) in verifying progress payments and claims from Contractors.

g) Attend regular meetings with Client’s Representative, Consultants and/or Contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule.

h) Establish proper and effective document control system, maintain & conduct reviews of detail design drawings, project documents and specifications.

i) Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects aimed at reducing PFC emissions and controlling airborne microcontaminants, contributing to the company’s goal of helping our customers in achieving net zero emissions and production yield enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, for PFC abatement and AMC control initiatives.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) to outline project tasks and milestones.

Execution and Monitoring:

• Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Monitor project progress using project management tools and techniques, such as Gantt charts and critical path analysis.
• Conduct regular project status meetings with cross-functional teams to review progress, address issues, and update project plans as necessary.
• Implement project controls to track performance metrics, such as schedule variance, cost variance, and earned value.

Technical Expertise:

• Provide technical guidance and support on PFC abatement and AMC control technologies, ensuring the implementation of best practices and innovative solutions.
• Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate potential solutions and recommend the most effective approaches.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop detailed technical specifications and design documents.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all projects comply with relevant environmental regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is advantageous.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on PFC abatement and AMC control solutions in the semiconductor industry. Highly experienced candidates will be considered for senior role.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of PFC abatement technologies, AMC control methods, and semiconductor manufacturing processes.

Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

• Prepare and review M&E designs and drawings, ensuring they comply with relevant codes, regulations, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractor and consultant to resolve any technical issues related to M&E installations.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress and quality, addressing any issues that arise.
• Prepare and submit regular project status reports, including progress updates, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and submit shop drawing, Revit BIM for coordination, As-built drawings, Construction drawings.
