• Able to workk at Tuas and night work
• echnical Guidance: Provide expertise during the design and implementation phases.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety codes.

Team Coordination: Work closely with architects, civil engineers, and other project stakeholders.

Site Management

• Field Supervision: Oversee installation and commissioning of electrical systems on-site.
• Safety Management: Ensure adherence to safety practices and protocols during project execution.
• Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

- To carry out engineering site work as required by company

- site walk and do paperwork on site progress

- Attend weekly progress meeting

- Scheduling and coordination of site M&E (HVAC & ACMV) service work

- follow up with drafter or BIM modeller on shop drawing; involve project supervision and documentation submission for approval

- follow up on emails from Main contractors and Authorities

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with subcon to plan, arrange and carry out construction activities.
• Liaise with design department to confirm and clarify design issues.
• Liaise with RE/RTO to carry out inspections.
• Monitor expenses, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure quality of work done conform to specifications.
• Able to coordinate well with MEP department.
• Liaise with Shop drawing team and understand CBP and other shop drawing for Quality.
• Liaise with Safety team to maintain temporary facility and prevent unsafe work.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.
• Develop and manage project schedules.
• Coordinate daily activities, set priorities, and allocate.
• Implement site safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Willing to travel to different project site if required.
• Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Requirements:

1. Min Diploma in Civil/ Structural Engineering or equivalent

2. Min 3 years working experience in construction

3. Software knowledge: CAD, MS Project

4. Able to work independently, proactive and self-motivated

5. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
