Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and visually appealing presentations for clients, including 3D models, 2D drawings, mock-ups, and renderings.
• Create innovative and attractive designs for large-scale private condominium projects, ensuring that design solutions meet the needs and expectations of property developers.
• Meet with clients to understand their objectives, desires, and project requirements. Interpret their needs and translate them into effective design concepts.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure that design work is executed within timelines and meets project specifications.
• Utilize design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant tools, to develop detailed drawings and technical documents for project execution.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in interior design, ideally with exposure to large-scale projects.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong creative and technical design skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and project teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The Position:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Masterplanner to join our team. As a Masterplanner, you will provide design inputs to high-profile international urban design projects, ranging from large-scale city strategies to district-scale masterplans.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional design skills, the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in urban design.

Responsibilities:

• Design of Pre-concept and Concept Masterplan schemes for high-profile urban design projects.
• Develop urban design strategies, diagrams, and technical studies.
• Coordination between other team members and external consultants.
• As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will play an active part in Client presentations, explaining urban design concepts and technical inputs.

Qualifications & Capabilities:

• Background in architecture and/or masters in urban design or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of masterplanning experience in relevant field.
• Strong design and hand-drawing skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• High graphical, verbal, and written skills to communicate urban design concepts and technical inputs.
• Strong computer aid skills such as AutoCAD, Sketch-up, and Adobe package.
• Understanding of international standards and requirements.
• Excellent organisational and collaboration skills with the Urban Design team, architectural team and external consultants.
• Out-of-the-box thinking and willingness to hit the ground running.
• Responsibility to work independently.

• Experienced in nursery visits with understanding on plant and shrub species in Singapore
• Negotiate with contractors on design requirements and building progress.
• Oversee progress of on-site work; ensure project is built according to design plans and resolve any issues that may arise
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team to make sure that the building plans meet the necessary building standards.
• Lead landscape architecture design and execution for high profile projects, provide design directions to the project teams and control design quality.
• Responsible for financial management of the project, ensure key deadlines are met and staff are working together effectively; Lead design in a holistic process-oriented approach based on a contemporary innovative methodology from the vision to build works;
• Evaluate, select, and apply standard landscape architecture design techniques, procedures and criteria.
• Play a key role in client and government management and keep positive feedback and satisfaction; Confer with clients regarding design schemes and implementation.
• Develop solutions that effectively address the social, legal and economic implications of the physical form
