Planning:

Distribution:

• Perform daily the Replenishment & Allocation from warehouse to stores. For SAP, repeat the process for all countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Guam, India, Australia, New Zealand)
• Monitor constantly Store Capacity vs Stock on hand. Actively collecting data from stores and keeping updated the capacity data for all SAP stores
• Check the Target stock level vs OH for all SKUs and all stores constantly, to make sure that TSL is in line with latest sales performances
• Define allocation strategies in order to always ensure optimised inventory in store, changing the weeks of coverage and the depth of each SKU, accordingly to events/renovations/changes happening in store

Management & Allocation of Client Requests:

• Ensure the best service level to our top clients, source and allocate the right product in the least time possible
• Update the Client Request file after every allocation, informing the stores about status & ETA of every request
• Occasional Manual allocation to fulfil urgent client requests received from stores

Provide Inventory Visibility to Retail, Merchandising & VM Team:

• Support Merchandising team in keeping a "right sized" assortment. To quickly identify the "low performing" styles, and the changes to be made to the current assortment in order to optimize the inventory.
• Store Visits: Get feedback from stores on stock level and evaluate potential TSL adjustments when needed
• Give stock visibility to stores (give suggestions on what to push/highlight high & low stock situations/stock shortage & alternatives/deliveries)
• Share regularly the assortment with the stores, with information on what will be carried forward into the next season/which styles to keep last display piece of, etc

Consolidation / Rebalancing of Stock:

• Stock Consolidation between Stores
• Stock Rebalancing across SEAP Countries
• For all the above we need to come up with a proposal, send instructions to the stores and create ICT (paper work) to transfer stock between countries
• Facilitate and streamline the processes to exchange stock between countries (ICTs). Work closely with Logistics on every step.

Update Demand & Planning Team on Events and Trends:

• Consolidate feedback at line and department level from sales performance and provide data to the demand and planning team (including buyers’ feedback on the sales forecast)
• Create and update a calendar every season for the teams on Special Events/store opening/sales trends/holidays sales peak

Adhoc Activities:

• Work with the VM & Merchandising team on special events such as Openings/ Refurbishments/Special launches, to ensure correct level of inventory in store
• Strategic projects to address country specific issues (eg. Singapore overstock, Australia warehouse transition)
• Special Projects to improve communication between Retail and Merchandising
• Presentations and Analysis for Senior Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain/Project Management/Management or equivalent education and experience, is preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience in merchandising/merchandising planning/supply chain
• Good understanding of Supply Chain Metrics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with all levels of the organization.

Role Summary/Purpose

In this role this person will lead Healthcare Digital projects in ASEAN region. This person owns the project management and implementation processes for Healthcare Digital solutions, leading a group of team members including System Integration Specialists, Application Specialists, Field Engineers, and Solution Architects.

Essential Responsibilities

You will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and process productivity during the installation process including:

• Acting as the primary liaison with the customer team.
• Ensure projects are implemented based on the approved Healthcare Digital Implementation Methodology to ensure the project is completed on time, under budget and with quality, and to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Documentation of the project deliverables defined by the Standard Implementation Methodology to meet the project quality.
• Work with Sales to initiate projects through review of orders and formal handovers from the commercial teams, conduct internal and external kick off meetings, and other activities to set goals and objectives of the projects.
• Developing project plans and completing other project planning activities for assigned projects based on the project contracts and Statement of Work documents to properly manage schedules, costs, qualities, human resources, communications, risks, and any other key areas of projects.
• Identification, escalation and resolution of issues throughout the project deployment cycle.
• Work & manage the indirect (channel execution) projects in ASEAN region.
• Execution of project plan through internal and external progress meetings, managing customer expectations and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
• Be accountable and responsible for milestone progresses, including ensuring completion of all milestone reviews with the PMO are done in a timely manner.
• Closing off the projects by completing all project deliverables and through documented handing over to the support team.
• Conduct post implementation reviews and deployment of lessons learnt
• Engage in knowledge sharing sessions with peers across the region through Project Management Workshops

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of Project Management experience in healthcare IT industry. (Mainly on Radiology /Cardiology IT world)
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Experience in managing revenue generating projects, cost-budgeting of projects
• Proven leadership in negotiation and effective decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple priorities to meet scheduled completion dates and customer expectations.
• Proven cross-group collaboration skills with an ability to work and communicate with diverse work partners.
• Proven cross-influence skills with an ability to work and influence both internal and external team members to achieve mutual goals.

Desired Characteristics

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience in implementing RIS & PACS is highly mandatory.
• 4+ years’ experience deploying large-scale Healthcare IT projects where deadlines where met on or ahead of schedule.
• Knowledge on how to negotiate on Change Management with the customer and setting customer expectations
• Ability to provide constructive feedback to installation teams and contractors
• Knowledge/experience with the Healthcare Digital products and/or Healthcare Information Systems
• Proficient in Project Management Software such as MS Project
• Six Sigma certification and/or experience in Lean methodology
• Good understanding of IT Lifecycles (SDLC and ITIL)

About the Role

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will plan, oversee, and lead projects (e.g. energy storage projects, marine electrification projects, gat to electric projects, etc.) through their lifecycles, ensuring they are completed within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and clients, to deliver successful projects.

• Resource Management: Identify and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.

• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate and manage them effectively.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality products as well as solutions.
• Budget Control: Monitor project budgets and expenditures and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget limits.

Skills and Qualifications

• A Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Assistant Project Manager preferably in the energy or sustainability sector.
• Knowledge of energy solutions, including renewable energy, storage efficiency is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify project risks.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PPT.
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
