· Preferably have 1 year of related working experience in a school setting.

· Language proficiency – able to communicate in simple English Language

· Able to read, understand and reply WhatsApp messages in English for work assigned

Working Arrangement:

· Mondays to Thursdays: 9:00am to 6:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

Job Description:

• Photocopy, laminate, bind and shred documents
• Monitor and ensure adequate supplies in printing room, such as:

- Toner, staples, paper, laminating films, binding rings.

- Request forms and stationary for staff use

• Maintain the printing room in neat and clean condition
• Attend to photocopier breakdowns in staff rooms

- To check the cause of breakdowns before calling the serviceman

• To liaise with vendors on the maintaneance schedule and repairing of photocopier machines and

- Any admin duties assigned by the school, e.g. sort/distribute and file documents, attend to walk-ins/calls
