Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable (PTP Process).
• Maintain proper digital filing system.
• Liaising with and supporting other departments (warehouse, operations).
• Support month-end closing and year-end audit.
• Prepare monthly/year-end schedules.
• Liaising with auditors for year-end financial audit.
• Improve and innovate on existing work processes.
• Process supplier invoices with accuracy and completeness.
• Verify data against purchase orders and receiving reports.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Schedule and process supplier payments according to payment terms.
• Prepare reports on accounts payable activity.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy and Finance
• Min. 2 years working experience in accounts or finance role.
• Handle AP duties, including liaise with vendors.
• Familiar with GST reporting requirement.
• Proficient in Accounting Software, and MS Office.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and optimising processes to prepare Revolut Singapore for hyper growth
• Executing and scaling Singapore operations and work with the local Operations Team and London HQ on devising detailed playbooks, product integrations and air-tight execution of Revolut products
• Strategy: Exploring and defining which projects the team should prioritize, and setting a timeline to reach goals quickly
• Product improvement: Proactively searching for new features to providing a seamless customer experience
• Managing critical vendor relationships and build performance tracking systems

Responsibilities

• Project manage multiple commercial development/ installation/ asset enhancement projects in a fast-paced transit environment.
• Plan project development timelines and manage project cost
• Procure and manage a team of consultants to oversee the design development and management approval process
• Manage the consultants’/ authorities’ submission process and to liaise with authorities to facilitate clearance of submissions
• Manage the contractors to ensure that the works meet the contract design requirements and specifications and adhere to the development programme
• Prepare specifications and tender documents
• Support the Manager in preparing regular management reports and presentations
• Prior exposure to digital/ data communication setup and managing installation of audio-visual equipment/ systems would be advantageous

Requirements:

• Candidate preferably should possess at least a Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Project Management/ Building Services/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering or equivalent with a minimum 5 years (8 years for Diploma) of relevant experience in the commercial development/ asset enhancement environment
• Candidate should preferably demonstrate a flair for writing and have experience presenting to senior management level.
• Candidate should preferably be conversant and demonstrate a thorough understanding of Singapore’s authorities’ submission process, codes of practice and regulations and be well versed with the public sector procurement process.
• Strong project management skills and have experience working well in cross-functional teams in a large organisation is preferred.
• Experienced in preparing presentation slides using Microsoft PowerPoint is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with referral sources within the EPC’s assigned territories
• Develop leads and prospects by working with referral sources to identify and qualify potential prospects for the Company’s planning and life insurance products
• Meet with clients where appropriate pursuant to the solicitation guidelines and client availability
• Present the Company’s planning concepts and life insurance products to prospects
• Track, manage and follow up on prospective client situations including follow-up planning, meetings, correspondence, tracking information in the system

Job Requirements
