Work Location: Changi Naval Base(Currently report to Lavender office first till Changi site build up should be end of April)

Job Description

• Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary

• Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions

• Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information

• Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track

• Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored

• Assist in negotiation of sub-contractors packages and preparation of sub-contractor or supplier agreement letters

• Prepare contract documents for control and implementation of contract administration and reviews commercial aspects of contract and agreement with clients & sub-contractors

• Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails

• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives

• Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures

• Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree/Master in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA , Possess quantity surveying skills is a plus

· Experience in a marine construction company is favourable

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCad

• Provide operations administrative support
• Be a single contact point for the team/department
• Making travel arrangements for dept
• Coordinate meetings arrangements and arrange for refreshments
• Process departmemt claims and submit for approval
• Ensure all inventory records are updated in system
• Support in all preparations for tender bids.
• Generate weekly & monthly reports

Job Requirements

Business Analyst (Banking/CBD/1 Year Contract/Up to $10000)

The chosen candidate will be a Group Finance Platform - Business Analyst, part of Finance Platform project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing and evaluating business processes, systems, and requirements and work towards rebuilding it within the new module. The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements, analyze data, and brainstorm + recommend solutions to enhance business functionalities and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project strategies and objectives.
3. Create, Groom and maintain Business Requirements / User stories, Data models and Data flow, Functional Specifications to effectively communicate business requirements to development teams.
4. Perform data analysis to extract valuable insights, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
5. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that solutions align with business requirements and are delivered within established timelines.
6. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements, and to address concerns and questions.
7. Develop and execute test plans to ensure that delivered solutions meet specified requirements and quality standards.
8. Assist in change management activities, including communication, training, and support, to ensure a smooth transition during the implementation of changes.
9. Monitor and assess the performance of implemented solutions, and recommend further optimizations as needed.
10. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement and proposing innovative solutions.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or) Accounting (or) Information Technology, (or) related field.
 Proven experience around 8-12 years as a Business Analyst in a similar role within Finance systems is strongly required.
 Conversant with Agile practices and methodologies. Exposure to JIRA and Confluence is strongly required.
 Experience around Finance ERP systems & solution is strongly preferred.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
 Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
 Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
 Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
