1. Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, PowerPoint presentation and documenting minutes.

Qualifications and Profile
Minimum of 7 years of experiences with at least 3 years as Project Manager in a banking IT system.
Good and proven fundamental knowledge of Project Management and Risk Management sklls are essential and required for this role.
Good inter-personal skillsets & communications
Proven record to setup strong project governance in large and complex projects/programs. Candidates with experience with projects with value > SGD 500k will be advantageous
PMP certification is advantageous but not mandatory; proven track records in managing medium to large sized project teams and deliverables.
Have experience in project budgeting/financial planning and tracking, Candidates with experience with projects with value > SGD 500k will be advantageous
Experienced in running Agile methodologies project
Experienced in Cash Management IT or possess Cash Management domain knowledge would be a plus.
