Responsibilities:

An independent, resourceful and dynamic self-starter strong in writing and can communicate effectively across all internal and external platforms.

Key responsibilities of this role include drafting replies to MP letters or customers feedback, managing walk-in customers (where required), evaluating requests from internal and external stakeholders, coming up with and reviewing external communications materials for both internal and external stakeholders, managing media events, daily media monitoring and analysis, media relations (media pitching, forum replies, media queries and others) and crisis communications.

You are also required to provide editorial support for publicity collaterals, corporate materials and advertisements, amongst others. You will also support the consolidation of monthly returns of the department for reporting purposes and other duties when assigned.

Requirements

A good degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or any related discipline

Minimum five years experience in corporate communications, public relations and related fields.

Strong interpersonal, written communication and presentation skills and can articulate views clearly across all levels with internal and external counterparts

Service-oriented and can manage difficult customers

Strong analytical skills, a problem solver, and can thrive in ambiguity

Strong writing skills in creating content for multiple uses.

Job Description:

• Examine patients eyes to detect signs of injury, disease, abnormality and vision defects
• Operate diagnostic equipment such as slit-lamp bio-microscopy, fundus camera, optical coherence tomography, non-contact tonometer, Humphrey visual field analyser and etc.
• Explain eye examination results to patients, offer advice and reassurance on vision-related matters
• Recommend appropriate optical aids based on findings and demands

• Teach first time contact lens wearer the proper way of handling contact lenses
• Manage the inventory of contact lenses, trial lenses and contact lens solutions

Requirements:

Role

As a Senior Media Planner, you will own campaign performance, managing key strategic clients in the region. You will be responsible for supporting your Media Director in offline/traditional media planning and buying for clients, including:

• Manage client relationships through the campaign life cycle: from requirement gathering and campaign scoping & planning through to execution and reporting
• Develop media strategy, and channel/ platform recommendations and prepare the detailed media plan for both existing and potential new clients
• Working closely with other senior members of the team to create media strategies to achieve the client’s performance marketing goals using TV, Radio, Print, OOH, and other offline media channels
• Negotiate with media owners for better rates and value adds;
