The Cards and Bank Payment App Usage & Partnerships associate will be responsible for bringing onboard and managing partners for key merchant categories to create positive customer journeys to drive customer usage and engagement.

· He/she is also expected to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on the proposition to make Bank’s Cards and Bank Payment App the

preferred payment methods and to deliver superior value to our customers.

· Manage both existing partners and develop new business opportunities in key merchant categories, projects & initiatives.

· Support team lead in the assessment, development of proposals/presentations and negotiations for existing and new partners to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.

· Proven ability to build strong relationship across stakeholder groups with the ability to effectively influence and communicate across various business lines and units and at senior levels within the organization

· Track performance, report metrics and leverage data and learnings for decision-making and identify opportunities to drive incremental growth

· An entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to deconstruct and solve problems, to investigate drivers and figure out why things happen

· Work with Line Manager to develop long-term strategic initiatives

Requirements

· Degree Holder

· Minimum of 3 years of experience

· Product and Usage Management in payments or mobile payments preferred

· Experience in payments with both consumer and merchant preferred

· Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to manage and influence internal stakeholders and external partners

· Customer centric, able to understand and anticipate what customers need

· Team player with good interpersonal skills to work effectively and collaborate widely with cross-functional teams

The Cash Product Commercialization Manager will assist the Regional Mid Cap & SME Cash team to drive business growth by commercializing cash products and solutions for our Mid Cap & SME customers:

1. Plan and execute campaigns and experiments to drive customer acquisition and utilization.

2. Leverage data analytics for leads and analyze results of campaigns and experiments to continuously gain insights and conversion.

3. Develop new product propositions to grow and entrench our position in the accounts and payments space.

4. Provide training and marketing support to implement go-to-market plans and drive product usage.

5. Drive efforts to maximize the use of digital channels for client acquisition, transactions, and ongoing engagements.

6. Work closely with Relationship Managers, Global Transaction Services, Marketing teams to ensure the delivery of business growth targets.

- Collaborate with Product & Analytics to conceptualize and develop a comprehensive digital local payment dashboard.

- Analyze local payment trends and provide in-depth insights to guide future initiatives and enhancements.

**Design Customer Journey with Data**

- Work with various stakeholders to understand customer needs and design a seamless digital experience across all touch points.

- Conduct customer immersions, gather feedback, and research market best practices to create a user-friendly UI experience.

- Provide investigation support, track and monitor of reported customer issues escalated from frontliners.

- Ensure reported issues are resolved timely, and any critical issues are timely escalated /communicated to stakeholders.

- Work closely with front-office and technology team to provide detailed customer issue and information to assist them with timely investigation, impact assessment, resolution, and root cause analysis (RCA).

1. Job description

· Involved in participation of testing and implementation of system related initiative and enhancement

· Propose and execute campaigns for unsecured loans products

· Manage first line response to product and services enquiries from touch points and support units

· Initiate process improvement for Unsecured Loan products

· Work together with support units to study and understand data related to UL products

· Support regular reporting, adhoc task and administrative matters

· To execute marketing communication/material and campaign driving Unsecured Loan portfolio revenue and digital usage (Book schedule, raise criteria request, ensure timeline is met)

· To review marketing content, T&Cs and messages (PN/eDM/letters) relating to Unsecured Loan products

2. Required Experience :

· Degree holder

· Preferably 1 year experience in consumer banking or related industry

· Preferably prior experience in handling loans product management or similar end-to-end product life cycle

· Self-driven and able to work independently under timeline pressure

· Good communication skills and strong team player

· Able to manage and work with stakeholders

· Willing to work overtime when there is system testing and implementation
