Responsibilities:
- Ensure products are manufactured in compliance with cGMP and HACCP standards.
- Coordinate with the production planner and management on any changes or delays in the production schedule.
- Collaborate with R&D to address any shortages or quality issues related to raw materials.
- Regularly report raw material characteristics to QC, including aspects like foreign particles, color appearance, texture, and odor.
- Conduct briefings for Operators and Line Leaders on production matters and any management-required information.
- Supervise and manage Operators and Line Leaders on a daily basis as needed.
- Assist in covering the production line during break times.
- Inspect machinery and consumables during shifts, and report any issues to the reporting manager.
- Work closely with the Batching Leader to ensure smooth production operations.
- Promptly enter and update production output details in Navision.
- Prepare and submit reports to management as required.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good analytical skills and emotional intelligence (EQ).
- Team player with attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Working Hours:
- Alternate 5 / 6-day workweeks, with shifts from 8 AM – 5 PM (8 hours) or 11 AM – 8 PM.
