Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Ownership:
  • Define and maintain the digital product roadmap aligned with business objectives and market demands.
  • Lead the ideation, design, and execution of digital banking and wealth management products.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements, define product features, and secure approvals.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  • Implementation & Delivery:
  • Oversee the implementation of Temenos products, including Transact Core Banking and Triple A Plus, for key projects such as migrations and upgrades.
  • Lead interface development, data migration, and system customizations to meet client-specific needs.
  • Agile & SDLC Management:
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to ensure efficient project execution and timely delivery of milestones.
  • Manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for product upgrades and enhancements.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure thorough SIT/UAT testing, defect resolution, and compliance with user expectations.
  • Maintain high product quality through rigorous testing and iterative improvements.
  • Data Migration & Reporting:
  • Manage data mapping and migration processes from legacy systems to new platforms.
  • Develop comprehensive technical and functional documentation, including user guides and test plans.

Requirements:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience:

• 15+ years of experience in banking software implementation, project delivery, and product management.
• Extensive expertise in Temenos Transact and Triple A Plus implementations, migrations, and upgrades.
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Temenos core banking systems and wealth management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of interface design, data mapping, and system customizations.

· Experienced Test Management professional with more than 9+ years of experience in delivering complex programs
