We are looking for a skilled Field Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves performing onsite fiber optic termination and testing, as well as Cat 5 and Cat 6 cable termination and testing. Key Responsibilities

• Fiber Optic Termination & Testing: Perform splicing, termination, and testing of fiber optic cables to ensure optimal network performance.
• Cat 5/Cat 6 Cable Work: Conduct onsite termination, and testing of structured cabling systems in compliance with industry standards.
• Field Installations: Travel to various job sites to carry out installations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure project completion.
• Equipment Operation: Use specialized tools, such as fusion splicers, OTDRs, and network testers, to perform precise installations and diagnostics.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of work performed, test results, and materials used for each project.
• Quality Standards: Ensure all work adheres to company, client, and industry standards for safety and performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to deliver seamless services.

Requirements

Skills:

• Proficiency in operating fiber optic tools (e.g., cleavers, splicers) and cable testing equipment.
• Strong understanding of structured cabling standards and best practices.
• Ability to interpret technical schematics and installation guidelines.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors and adapt to various site conditions.
• Capable of lifting and handling equipment up to 20kg.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.

We are looking for a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you will assemble communication racks and perform electrical wiring based on detailed assembly drawings. Your expertise will help ensure that all products meet high-quality standards and are built to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble communication racks and components according to mechanical and electrical assembly drawings.
• Perform precise electrical wiring, cable management, and component installation to meet project specifications.
• Inspect and verify assemblies to ensure compliance with technical drawings, wiring schematics, and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any assembly or wiring issues to ensure timely project completion.
• Collaborate with the engineering and quality assurance teams to address any technical or quality concerns.
• Perform routine maintenance of tools and equipment, ensuring all are in good working order.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, recommending solutions to maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety guidelines, promoting a safe and organized workspace.
• Actively participate in process improvements to optimize assembly efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in electrical and mechanical assembly, particularly in the communication or related industries.
• Ability to read and interpret technical assembly drawings and electrical wiring diagrams.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills.

Assembly Engineer

The Assembly Engineer plays an important role in the manufacturing and assembly process. He / She will be in charge of designing and optimizing the work process to ensure requirements, manufacturing standards and safety aspects are met.

Job Description:

· Working in Mechanical and Electrical assembly environment

· Create CAD drawings based on requirements

· Generate and implement operating procedures and work instructions

· Participate in technical discussions to facilitate process implementation

· Design, optimize and ensure processes meet requirements for standards, safety and datelines.

· Provide technical and engineering skills to resolve operational issues

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec/ Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics engineering with relevant experience
• Good skill in CAD
• Good attitude towards acquiring new knowledge
• Able to work under pressure and tight datelines
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
