Production Admin

Key Responsibilities:

• Worker Coordination: Schedule and assign tasks to workers based on project requirements and priorities.
• Tool and Equipment Management: Ensure workers are equipped with the relevant tools and materials required for their tasks, coordinating with the procurement team as necessary.
• Resource Allocation: Assist in the allocation of resources, including materials and equipment, to ensure workers have what they need to complete their tasks.
• Communication: Serve as a liaison between the production team and workers, facilitating clear communication of project goals and expectations.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all workers adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of worker assignments, performance, and any issues that arise.
• Support Production Team: Assist the production team with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation.

Requirements

• Min Nitec in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.

• Material stock in and out records, and daily production planning.
• Prepare quotation and process purchase order.
• Issue invoices and receipts.
• Handling inventory control such as inbound and outbound processing.
• Identify to resolve any issues related to imports, exports, logistical systems, and transportation. Monitoring incoming or outgoing logistics processes, including safety performance, logistics quality control, and transportation or warehousing operations.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Superiors.

Requirements

· Min Nitec/Diploma with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in related field.

· Strong management skills and leadership qualities.

· Experience in manufacturing setting preferred

Working Location: Tagore Lane

Responsibilities:

-Manage the product catalogue including but not limited to pricing, product specifications and

sales quotations for respective customers to.

-Provide administrative support to commercial team.

-Assist with consolidation and tracking of customer order.

-Co-ordinate and assist to conduct regular competitors’ price survey for comparison.

-Assist with Stock Inventory Management and Reporting

-Assist with stock take, audit and stock reconciliation

-Assist in the timely and accurate maintenance of product codes for each customer.

-Ensure timely and accurate submission of documents for system maintenance.

-Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.

Requirements:

-Diploma/bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 2-3 years of working experience in Singapore.

-Working knowledge of Basic Accounting or Inventory software will be an added advantage.

-Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel)

-Proficient in Microsoft application especially Excel (e.g. Pivot Table, Vlookup)

Remuneration:

-Basic Salary: $2500-3200(Depending on experience)

-Working Hours: 5 days work week

-Entitled to 12 days annual leave & 14 days medical leave
