Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist Production Coordinator with costings and estimates.
• Ensure compliance with company’s procurement policy in transactions with vendors.
• Ensure timely administration of freelancer timesheets.
• Keep track of company’s expenses and ensure payments are made in a timely manner.
• Keep track of accounts payable.
• Assist Production Coordinator with post event financial report.
• Maintain company’s software systems.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline or A-levels.
• Experience in technical/film production or finance related roles preferable.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, meticulous and display excellence in work.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience working with project management software such as Monday.com.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Position : Production Admin (SIMPLE DUTIES) – Up to $2,300 – Changi South
• Location : Changi South
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 7.30AM to 4.30PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2,300 Basic + Transport Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus + 12 Days Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Perform contract reviews on Purchase Orders.
• To create sales order in Oracle system with accurate data entry to fulfil customer’s requirements.
• Management/Update of production planning file.
• To close sales work order and prepare product certification documents.
• Liaise with customer on some expectation/requirements.
• Preparation of regular reports.
• Answering phone calls and emails.
• Organize and maintain Company’s records.
• Monitor and manage office supplies.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Computer literate
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
