Purpose: Responsible for overseeing assembly processes, analyzing data, and maintaining inventory. You will play a crucial role in optimizing productivity and reducing costs in complex manufacturing industries by assisting the Lead Production Controller in tasks related to internal processes and systems.

Key Area of Responsibilities:

• Activate Project (Build Plan/ Non-Build Plan) to start all relevant transactions to order the required materials for a customer order across different stakeholders ranging from Sales, Operations to Supply Chain.
• Plan overall materials and Assembly operations to meet PCDs in Baan are key to identifying bottlenecks thereby mitigating the risk to miss committed dates for order completion.
• Monitor and mitigate economic stock to reduce overall project economic stock for reallocation for future orders or claiming liability from customers.
• Facilitate Return Material Authorization (RMA) orders from customer to address warranty claims or refurbished orders.
• Facilitate Project Closing operations upon completion of deliveries to customer.
• Support and participate in company continuous improvement program to advice on areas for improvements within the scope of Plan to Deliver.

Qualification & Experiences:

• Diploma in Engineering/Supply Chain/Logistics Management or other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 1-2 year of experience of planning/ administrative role in manufacturing industry or equivalent.
• Good problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Advance Microsoft Excel functions
• Good communication skills

c. To assist & monitor on the operation according to the schedule

d. To assist on investigation of product issues / complaints, including root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

e. Initiate and follow-up of change control. Review and update SOPs related to Production.

f. Provide training to production operators on GMP and SOP requirements

g. Liaise with Engineering on new equipment needs and resolve any equipment related issues

h. Support regulatory inspections and/or customer audits

i. To assist other activities required for the smooth operations, productivity and improvement of the department.
