Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis & Positioning:

• Develop and execute a market repositioning strategy to differentiate the hotel and emphasise its unique attributes.
• Identify and prioritise target audience segments, creating tailored marketing messages and campaigns that appeal to each segment.

Brand Development & Guest Experience:

• Collaborate with internal teams to craft and communicate a distinctive brand narrative that reflects the hotel’s heritage, service philosophy, and guest-focused experience.
• Partner with operations, F&B, and guest experience teams to identify enhancements to the guest journey that align with the repositioned brand vision.

Campaign Management & Execution:

• Develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, email) to drive awareness, engagement, and bookings.

• Work with the sales team to create promotions and packages that drive occupancy during off-peak periods and appeal to specific guest segments.

Content Creation & Storytelling:

• Develop engaging content that captures the essence of the hotel experience, from accommodations to unique F&B offerings, and tells the hotel’s story to a wider audience.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, working with designers, photographers, and videographers to ensure impactful visuals and messaging.
• Create and maintain an editorial calendar, producing content that is seasonally relevant and aligned with market trends.

Team Development & Channel Ownership:

• Build and lead a lean marketing team over time, with potential for growth as the hotel’s in-house capabilities expand.

Launch:

• Develop go-to-market strategy, pricing models, messaging, and positioning strategies in collaboration with other teams and stakeholders, and successfully launch the product(s) in the market, meeting the needs of the targeted clients

Post Launch:

• Monitor the product performance using relevant metrics and KPIs
• Gather feedback from clients and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and iterate on the product strategy as needed.
• Analyse market trends and client behaviour to adapt the product strategy to changing market conditions.

This role can evolve in a SaaS BD / GM role, or a Product Management role depending on the profile and career ambitions of the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Define the product strategy and build the product roadmap to fuel exponential growth and engagement
• Identify market trends and customer needs to inform new products and features
• Drive the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch, along with post-launch analysis and continuous improvements
• Define, measure and improve key product metrics through feature and experiments
• Partner effectively with a talented engineering team and internal stakeholders to execute on the product plan
• Define clear product specifications, user stories and product success metrics as well as align operational plan with key stakeholders like Marketing, customer support and Content Operation
• Manage the feature delivery related project management from engineering sprint planning, development milestone tracking, production rollout and post-production iteration

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product management
• Experience in designing simple and intuitive user interfaces; ability to create examples through wireframes and mock-ups
