Role Description:

• Responsible for ensuring goods are properly updated into system, ensuring landed costs are up and products are ready for release to outlets
• Prepare goods receive list as per supplier’s invoice
• Process Purchase Order for overseas suppliers
• Release goods to outlets for replenish stocks
• Update products’ expiry date and inform relevant departments
• Create new products from both house brands and suppliers in the system
• Calculate Landed Cost per order and updating stock status in the system
• Request & Monitor min max are inputted for new products and replenish stocks
• Prepare EAN barcode information for new products
• Feedback for any discrepancies when goods received
• Create adjustments for purchase order when require
• Clear outstanding purchase orders and sorting of documents
• Any other ad-hoc duties and/or projects assigned by the management

Role Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Experienced in Product Management in retail industry is a bonus
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand what will appeal to customers
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Role Description

• Managing product quality feedback from various sources such as SG team, Malaysia team and oversea Franchisees.
• Ensures product quality across multiple brands and coordinates with internal and external parties to resolve any issues that affect product standards and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with suppliers for the credit note request.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that the supply chain is functioning smoothly.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze data to evaluate supply chain efficiency
• Monitor and manage inventory levels for PLC express stores to ensure that the supply chain operates smoothly
• Identify areas of opportunity for process improvements and cost savings
• Develop and optimize supply chain strategies that reduce costs and improve business outcomes
