Job summary

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for Funds Digital Platform targeted at Asset Manager and Distributor clients
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders, including business, operations, and technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of priorities and requirements
• Deliver Market Research Documentation and Product Requirement Documentation with prioritized features and value scoring
• Leads and manages the work of a team of BAs and engineers who are collectively developing market leading capabilities
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of business initiatives and collaboration on epics and user stories
• Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products to realise business value in early stages of product life cycle

Requirements

• > 10 years overall work experience with at least 5 years’ experience Asset & Wealth Management or Fund Services domain
• Must have: hands on experience as a Product Owner or senior business analyst in writing business initiatives, business cases, epics, features, user stories and working with scrum team
• Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Self starter, motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
