- Analyse product performance, profit and loss, and identify actions required.

- Manage incremental improvement for existing products.

- Liaise with contract manufacturers for necessary formula-related matters.

- React to necessary corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) raised by Quality.

• Contribute for and implement standard procedures (in compliance with industrial standards and QMS requirements) for any product development and management activities or as assigned.
• Perform other duties and projects as necessary to meet company goals.

Requirements:

• Degree in Nutrition, Pharmacy, Chemistry or relevant.

• Preferably with some experience in product development/ management in the dietary supplement and health food industry.

• Product/ project management experience; planning & time management experience.

• Travelling is expected.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with 4-6 years of proven success in product management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving innovation, solving complex healthcare challenges, and delivering products that make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities include:

1. Support the development of a clear product vision aligned with NOVI Health's overall mission and goals

2. Lead the execution of the product strategy and roadmap

3. Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle

4. Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly healthcare solutions

5. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements

6. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities within the healthcare industry

7. Stay informed about regulatory changes and ensure product compliance with relevant healthcare standards

8. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, partners, and customers, to gather feedback and insights

9. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on product goals and objectives

10. Utilize data analytics and user feedback to make informed decisions and continuously optimize product performance

11. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and user satisfaction

Requirements:

• Interested in joining an early-stage, VC-backed startup disrupting the health tech industry
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• 4-6 years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare technology
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing healthcare products
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
