Job Responsibilities·

• Keep production records including material stock records
• Coordinate and confirm goods receiving and goods outgoing documents to warehouse and QC·
• Support QC in printing and filing of COA and GHS SDS·
• Coordinate delivery orders from the customer service officers·
• Collect delivery tickets from drivers and do filing·
• Prepare a regular inventory list of goods from the GEO system·
• In charge of goods receiving and updating in GEO system
• Create Manufacturing Order and Batch Report for certain customers
• Print product labels and manage all product label templates

Job Requirement

• Education: At least GCE O/A Levels or ITE/Diploma in any field
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Able to commence work on short notice or immediately

Job Overview: You will support the Production Supervisor in achieving manufacturing targets while ensuring workplace safety, health, and environmental standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Raw Material Management:

• Verify and ensure all received materials meet specifications and requirements.
• Supervise contractors in the proper storage of materials.
• Record daily consumption and receipt quantities into the system and perform a weekly physical inventory check.

2. Contractor Work Coordination:

• Schedule and oversee routine contractor work to ensure timely completion.
• Assign and monitor tasks for the Production Assistants.
• Manage and maintain the storage warehouse, including housekeeping and equipment upkeep (e.g., hand pallet trucks, trolleys, electric pallet trucks, vacuum cleaners, palletainers).

3. Inventory Control:

• Conduct weekly physical inventory counts of raw materials to ensure adequate supply for production needs.
• Prepare and compile monthly stock balance reports.
• Generate monthly auxiliary material reports for the section.
• Calculate and report on the usage of catalysts, chemicals, and additives for monthly reporting.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: GCE ‘O’ Level with credits in Science or Technical subjects, or a NITEC (NTC 2) in Chemical Process, Mechanical Fitting, Electrical Fitting & Installation, or Electronics.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in process operations (admin) is preferred.
• Skills: Strong team player with initiative, drive, and commitment. Must be able to work under pressure and communicate effectively with team members.

• Projects based - Minutes taking, correspondence, filing, documents status, administering register, reports, and other project related matters (For new or existing project)
