Job Requirements:

• Singaporean only.
• Prior experience of at least 3 years in IT product management.
• Experience in cloud and Microsoft Products (Related certification will be an added advantage).
• Understanding of corporate or enterprise-level product management.
• Project Management related certification (PMP, CITPM, CSM, etc.).
• Working experience in Agile methodologies (at least involved in several full SDLC)
• Prior experience in low code platform, data analytics, cloud, design thinking and service design will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in Project Procurement and E-services applications/systems delivery will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with fellow product owners, scrum masters, developers, solutions architect and infra engineers to deliver leading-edge digital products to meet the business requirements
• Work with the product owner to define the product strategy and roadmap, gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements and working closely with the product engineering team or vendors to deliver quality digital products
• Develop the product strategy and roadmap, manage stakeholder engagement/change management
• Designing, developing and managing activities from product definition & planning to production and release
• Analyse product performance and redesign as required
• Managing the prioritisation and trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, performance and post-launch support

Requirements:

• Candidates with experience in handling projects involving Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking will an added advantage
• Project Management or Agile related certifications such as CITPM, COMIT or PMI, Certified Scrum Master.
• Strong analytical, conceptualization and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to present clearly both verbally and in written form
