Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily production ticketsas part of BAU, liaising with business users to categorize and assign defects (L2 or L3) based on priority.
- Resolve IT application-related incidents, service requests, and problems efficiently in line with business requirements
- Support deployment activities and conduct system sanity checks post-deployment.
- Analyze logs using tools like Splunk
- Prioritize and schedule assigned support activities.
- Provide immediate fixes via data patching, non-code related solutions, or workarounds for incidents.
- Participate in certificate renewals, OS/DB patching, and deployment activities.
- Contribute to the Temenos Order Management Product upgrade.
- Provide recommendations for system performance improvements.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience as Production Support Analyst
- Extensive experience with OMS, particularly in financial markets and wealth management.
- Proven track record in UAT and PRD/BCP environment setups, integrations, and providing L2 support.
- Strong knowledge of Temenos Product (Triple A), .NET framework, and MSSQL databases.
- Experience with securities TOPAZ product setup and management.
- Hands-on experience with release management and deployment tools, particularly Ansible.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in log analysis using Splunk.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide immediate solutions to critical issues.
