Role Overview: The Tokenization Product Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and driving the development and execution of OSL's tokenization products, specifically within the context of Project Ensemble. You will be responsible for overseeing the tokenization of securities for fund issuers, working closely with cross-functional teams, fund administrators, and clients. This role focuses on the creation of tokenized securities, including money market funds, and managing the product lifecycle from concept to execution. Additionally, the Tokenization Product Manager will contribute to the development of OSL's RWA platform, supporting global fund issuers to distribute their RWAs in Hong Kong to OSL's clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for tokenization offerings, specifically focusing on money market funds and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization.

Job Description:

Internal Engagement and Problem Sourcing

• Actively communicate with Prudential's LBUs to source problem statements and ideas for the AI product incubation process

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline)
• Subject matter expertise with Application Integration, Data Integration, Workflow Automation and other similar technologies
• Track record of delivering excellent user experience
• Ability to lead technical discussions with customers and comfortably present at various industry events.
• Well-versed in gathering insights and identifying trends from data (customer interaction, qualitative and quantitative analysis, etc)
• Hands-on experience building products in a fast-paced environment

It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance. As a Product Manager on our Trust & Safety team, you will work with teams of engineers, data scientists, operations, product policies and various relevant internal teams to build safety product features and strategies. You will be working on safety features, technical strategies to improve our trust and safety processes, as well methods to detect and address the risky behaviors and actors in the community. You will also work on project management to deliver major Trust and Safety product changes. When it's safe, travel between our global offices is expected.

This role is also at the junction with a fast-growing vertical of our platform - TikTok LIVE, partnering with other product teams at the global scale to solve ever-changing challenges in the most impactful ways. Responsibilities

• Driving product strategy and building system features to protect the integrity and quality of content on the platform, the safety of our creators and provide the best possible experience for our LIVE users.
• Defining product roadmap and iteration plans, set metrics that inform the success of safety efforts
• Analyzing data, finding problems, making strategic decisions based on data and metrics.
• Managing system development lifecycle from 0 to 1, negotiating and communicating problems, ideas, data across different teams to ensure successful launch.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time experience in product management in web internet companies with basic to intermediate machine learning understandings.
• Engineering/science/computer science background
• Past work experience in B2B system design/analysis domains.
• Data-driven, capable of in-depth data interpretation, able to turn data insights into problem solutions
• Team player, mission-driven and highly motivated.
• Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
• Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience and expertise in content moderation and quality, safety & abuse, and other safety-related initiatives.
• Experience in project management with cross-function teams, across different time zones, cultures and languages.
