For this position, you'll be based in Singapore and your role will be to support the division for the development of those high-performance rectifiers and the constant quality improvement plan: from wafers start in the flow up to the final test on diode housed into the package.

Responsibilities

• the review with local teams of the industrial changes impacting SiC diode production and participate to qualification plan definition, data analysis and milestones deliverables following quality standards and customer requirements.
• follow up all the engineering materials (technology/new product/industrial changes related) running in clean room (diffusion & EWS) to track their cycle time, to schedule the testing and the analysis, up to the disposition for back-end activities (assembly/final test trials)
• project leader for the execution of the electrical wafer sorting roadmap for SiC diodes to use the most advanced test equipment and advanced test solution.
• the analysis of electrical wafer sorting data for non-conform material and lead the board to propose most relevant disposition based on non-conform material analysis to build and sustain a data base of the either process or electrical signature and address the issues by a plan defined with a cross functional team.
• the development of statistical based routine to better detect outlier device.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The incumbent is required to support the Parfums Christian Dior Singapore product marketing team to drive animations, events, and store activations, as well as to provide day-to-day administrative support.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Activations

• Assist product marketing team on planning campaigns, including ideation, sourcing, and liaising with vendors and discussion with internal stakeholders to ensure relevancy of activities planned.
• Assist product marketing team in execution of campaign activities including liaising with store managers and scheduling of trade event activities to ensure smooth flow of activities.
• Manage social calendar and assist with visual cropping and artwork creation.

Administrative Support

• Assist the team on monthly internal ordering of samples & gifts.
• Assist the team on vendor creation, PO raising, quotation & invoice tracking.
• Weekly key products performance tracking and competitor monitoring.
• Compile post-event / post-launch reports for monitoring of ROI for each activity.

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for product, process and equipment development and ensuring that existing processes and equipment meet quality requirements and operational objectives at GE Aviation, Engine Services - Singapore. This role requires deep level of relevant experience and expertise within the same manufacturing/production field

Essential Responsibilities:

• Own all technical issues relating to the product/process, eg. product and process yield rates, etc.
• Perform process trials, analyse data and produce write-ups on the trials.
• Prepare technical specifications for the purchase and upgrading of relevant equipment.
• Implement New Product Introduction (NPI)s, new coating and welding processes into production.
• Generate Work Instructions and Operating Procedures.
• Ensure that all relevant processes comply with quality requirements, conduct investigations and implement corrective actions as required.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to improve equipment utilization and labour efficiency and reduce operating costs through Lean initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Degree in either Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering from a local or internationally recognised university.
• At least 5 years experience in a Manufacturing Environment is preferred.

The Manufacturing Engineer – NPI is responsible for the timely development and industrialization of Component Repair New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, working with relevant functional teams, and ensuring safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives are met.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and develop repair processes for Component Repair New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Generate manufacturing routers and instructions, Repair Source Substantiation packages, and other documentation required for industrialization and approval.
• Lead resolution of technical and operational challenges or concerns raised, and ensure follow through till approval is obtained and repair is handed over to shop operations.
• Work closely with the Repair Development and Delivery team in Singapore, USA & other global sites, during the NPI repair development phase & industrialization.
• Manage multiple NPI projects by providing scheduling, resource management, budget control and EHS compliance.
• Lead and effectively interface with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and other support teams during NPI repair industrialization in the Shop, and ensure that it meets Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity objectives, within schedule and budget.
• Interface with vendors and internal functions in an effective manner to ensure that the action items to be carried out for the NPI are executed on time and on budget.
• Assure that all engineering designs and technical data are completed and accurately documented to provide an accurate technical/historical base for future reference and to meet customer / end user requirements.
• Participate in Lean initiatives, including continuous improvement of processes, and utilize Six Sigma tools for NPI process improvements.
• Implement new technology and/or process improvements to increase productivity of new repair processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Mechanical / Aeronautical / Material or other relevant Engineering discipline with 4 years of relevant experience.

Desired Characteristics

• Good understanding of manufacturing and inspection tools and processes used in the repair industry – heat treat, thermal spray, peening, welding, machining, etc.
• Working knowledge of blueprints, application of engine manuals and technical substantiation process will be an advantage.
