Responsibilities

• Influencing and persuading senior site and sales heads to ensure compliance with site quality systems to the appropriate standards, thereby mitigating risks associated with non-compliance and poor quality.
• Maintain coordination with Group Quality to ensure a unified global approach to quality matters and provide consistent supporting documentation across different regions.
• Ensure quality performance by monitoring appropriate leading and lagging indicators on customer complaints, contributing to the best customer service while remaining competitive.
• Encounter complex problems involving a variety of important and relevant information, requiring recognition and resolution.
• Make frequent business decisions independently that impact different manufacturing sites and the overall business.
• Provide training and coaching to Sales and Sites on quality and customer-related needs

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality.
• Preferably comes with consumer care background and proven experience overseeing the regions (Asia).
• In-depth understanding of the company’s products and market trends.
• Thorough knowledge of QA systems, GMPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with guidelines such as ICH, FDA, EMA, MHRA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Thoroughly understand regulatory standards and requirements. Able to effectively apply them on Large Format and 3D printers operations.
• Perform regular audits at manufacturing partners and suppliers (as applicable) to ensure compliance.
• Actively review engineering changes to ensure no impact to product stewardship compliance.
• Work on issues of moderate complex scope, identifying root cause, resolution, and improvement plans.
• Identify and address non-conformances. Exercise independent judgment with defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action and plan. Evaluate unique circumstances and makes recommendations.
• Work closely with cross functions teams, global business units, to ensure close collaboration, to achieve desired results.
• Manage quality assurance of end-to-end operations at manufacturing partners, for the manufacturing of large format operations.
• Develops and maintains an effective Product Quality Assurance Plan, to ensure all large format products manufactured continuously meet the required quality requirements during prototype builds to mass production.
• Drives continuous quality improvements, while meeting quality goals and aspire to exceed expectations.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Material Science or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to apply quality control tools and methods to drive quality improvements.
• Able to manage quality inspectors and technicians, in performing quality inspections and audits.
• Able to systematically apply analytical and statistical tools, to measure quality performance and perform failure analysis.
• Able to use empirical analysis, modelling, and testing methodologies to validate product designs and specifications.
• Good grasp of the elements of Quality Management System for manufacturing operations would be a plus.

• Improve manufacturing process cost.
• Ensure solutions achieve required quality levels, reliability, and consistency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering with minimum 1 to 3 of relevant experience
• Good to have relevant combined manufacturing engineering and quality function experience
• Relevant experience in Oil & Gas industry will clearly be a plus
• Experience in handling failure investigations and ISO and API audits will be beneficial
• Familiar with CNC machines, leading process improvements, handling capex projects
• Understanding of lean six sigma methodologies will be beneficial
