Job Description

• Aggressively build, maintain and grow accounts & relationships with key clients to achieve sales earnings and management established targets & objectives
• Grow products sales revenue and earnings per client
• Create, identify and solicit aggressively new project potentials by proactively sourcing for sales opportunities
• Identify, Qualify, Present, Negotiate and Close complex deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients and trading partners
• Tender preparation / assessment of commercial viability to bid, review technical requirements, customer specification review, best vendor assessments, deriving costing estimates, product / vendor sourcing, commercial negotiations
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction by following up closely with inter-departments, customers & vendors during pre-sales, order, or post -sales processes to deliver end results effectively
• Sales forecasting, project coordination, after sales support, sales presentations
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions and conferences
• Prompt submission of reports
• Provide product on networking and data-communication products/solutions within an industrial application environment, namely:
• Developing solutions, design & consultancy
• Providing pre-sales advice and consultancy on systems
• Interface with principals on technical aspects of products and solutions
• Manage, develop, build and maintain strong relationship with principals and partners on focal products/solutions under its charge
• Keep abreast of new developments and innovations and/or improved related product applications in areas of responsibility
• Additional role may be assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher in electrical & electronics engineering or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in BD or sales role
• Experience in IT industry or related industries an advantage
• Knowledge of industrial & commercial telecommunication systems and its applications
• Experience in the promotion of industrial and/or telecommunication systems, with proven track records in securing projects related to Telecommunication Solutions (such as network, ex-proof and electrical products)
• Technical experience with industrial and/or telecommunication systems and good understanding of equipment specification is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Superior networking and organizational abilities
• Result driven with strong critical thinking and problem solving skill
• Dynamic personality and a team player

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling of Adobe and Microsoft product sales
• Achieve the assigned sales quota set by Management & Partners
• Client relationship building & sourcing for new clients
• Manage proposal assembly, approval, presentation and the negotiation of contractual arrangements.
• Drive all Adobe and Microsoft subscription & Hybrid-based objectives as outlined in Partner’s marketing and business plans.
• Weekly sales reporting update to Partners
• Act as the main point of liaison between Partner and Internal Sales teams.
• Work closely with Partners to maintain latest sales strategies and product developments as well as to provide feedback on challenges or areas for improvement.
• Provide live support to Partner marketing events and marketing activities in the areas on product demonstrations and speaking engagements.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably with Minimum of 1 – 2 years sales experience in the IT industry
• Preferably with understanding of cloud-based software and subscription license model
• Ability of cold-calling, account building and maintenance, and closing sales opportunities
• Excellent verbal, presentation and written skills are required
• Team player and a business partner
• Demonstration of ‘on target’ sales performance
• Establishment and effective use of internal and external relationships

• 5 Days work week from Mon to Fri 9AM to 6:30PM

Job Brief

The objective of the full-time position will be responsible for driving Sales and Business Development activities through Local & regional markets. The candidate will spearhead and optimize Sales and Business Development efforts and collaborate with the operations teams focusing on marketing and promotion for products sold through both B2B and B2C channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the medical device sector.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, and close sales to achieve and exceed targets.
• Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and threats.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback. Prepare regular reports for management.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our medical devices and their applications to effectively communicate benefits and address client questions.

Other skillsets include:

• Diploma/Degree holder
• At least 1 year of working experience
• Exposure and experience handling over-the-counter healthcare products is an advantage.
