Responsibilities:

• Coordination in production planning, design & fabrication works
• Update and maintain data for production orders
• To ensure all the delivery schedules are achieved.
• Ensure the Production Schedule is promptly updated to the Production Supervisor.
• To arrange the material for Production/Assembly and record accordingly.
• Responsible for prioritizing at the cleaning station according to delivery schedule or urgent pull-in.
• Do receiving for Work in Progress & Finished Goods after QC inspection.
• Conduct periodic cycle count on WIP & Sub length stocks.
• Inform QC on any Production CAR.
• Highlight to the Senior Manager if any stocks are running low.
• Maintenance & replenishment of Production tools.
• Organize Incoming shipments – open crates & arrange them on the racks.
• Monitor general factory housekeeping.
• To update the Production status for the mass pro project.
• Ensure the product complies with ISO requirements.
• Any other duties as delegated by the superior

Requirements:

• Minimum ‘O’ Level or Professional Certificate / NiTEC
• Min 1 year’s experience in production
• Mechanical industry background preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good communications and interpersonal skills are essential
• 5 days a week, location in Woodlands Spectrum 1

Job Description

• Create and release new job orders based on new requirements or pull in orders
• Ensure that supply and demand are properly supported well with customer forecast and material in ERP Planning System
• Update Master Manufacturing Method/Detail per official request
• Review slow moving parts and expedite in shopfloor, based on daily shipment and WIP job progress
• Coordinate between Sales, Production, Engineering and Purchasing department in timely manner to ensure proper flow to prevent late delivery
• Prepare the Monthly Aging WIP and KPI Reports
• Prepare the Weekly Assembly Part Report
• Document control

Pre-Requisites

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma preferably in Engineering/Manufacturing/Technical related disciplines
• Proficiency in basic computer skills such as Windows XP and Microsoft Office
• Bilingual, fluent in English and Mandarin (Good communication skills in Mandarin to handle and coordinate between Chinese speaking Sales, Production, Engineering and Purchasing department in timely manner to ensure the proper flow.)
• Experience working in Production Control/Planning Department will be an advantage and candidate may be considered for a senior role
• Basic understanding of MRP system
• Strong work ethics
• Working experience in low volume manufacturing environment preferred
• Excellent level of organizational skills and ability to work on several projects at the same time

Responsibilities:

1. Assist HOD in day to day coordination on Production activities.

2. Work with Planner on Production WO and Machines loading.

3. Schedule Production machines loading.

4. Preparation material for daily production machines (MRF and AMR).

5. Co-ordinate the OS parts. If any.

6. Liaise between Production and Planner to ensure smooth production completing WO.

7. Monitor, Control and manage of Production WO progress.

8. Follow-up and Assist on production day to day shipments.

9. Assignments:

a. Production daily output and yield lost data entry

b. E application (Leave apply & E TMS)

Requirements:

1. Education requires O or A Level.

2. PC knowledge.

3. Have exposure to Plastic Molding Production environments.

4. Good communication and relationship skill.

5. Able to work independently.

6. Ever working as manufacturing production planner or scheduler.

7. Working hours Mon to Fri 08.15 am - 05.45 pm.
