1. GlobalTix as a Platform for System Solution

2. GlobalTix as a Platform for Product offerings in the Marketplace

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and documenting SOP for Team supporting the business vertical.
• Understanding Market practices and sharing insights to the team for better work flows
• Drawing out step by step plans for SOP implementation and transitions
• Streamlining existing practices
• Team Management: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver the final objective.
• Client Management: Ability to structure and record each client account handling, and develop simple onboarding and cross selling for all new and existing clients. Ability to streamline processes for all account use cases.
• Content Management: Training and guiding team members to learn how to recognise/ achieve top notch industry standard product write ups to all B2C customers.
• System Features and Use cases: Understanding System features and how clients can effectively use the system for their benefits.

• Overseas & on the job training will be provided.

Requirements

• NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Material Science, Biomedical/Bio-Chemistry/Pharmaceutical/ Chemical Engineering with minimum 1 to 2 years working experience.
• Candidates with sales or laboratory experience is preferred.

Engineering

• Organize marketing activities and products demonstrations to architects, designers, developers, and contractors to showcase the features and benefits of our product
• Provide technical support and advice to product representatives, customers and contractors

Sales

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand customer base within the construction sector
• Identify and prospect potential customers, including contractors, and construction firms
• Provide accurate and timely quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits, follow-ups, and addressing their needs
• Raise purchase requisitions and collection of payment from customers when falling due

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of in-house products
