Roles and Responsibilities
The Product Support Engineer is a key member of our Engineering Department.
The Product Support Engineer will be part of a team that provides technical support for our company's range of cybersecurity related products and services.
The Product Support Engineer's role will include, but not limited to, solution design, architecting, configuration, demonstration, implementation, technical support and troubleshooting of our range of products and services.
The Product Support Engineer will be responsible for the successful completion of projects and technical escalations to solve our Customer's cybersecurity problems.
Qualifications
The candidate should preferably have 2 or more years of relevant working experience in network, server and desktop technologies.
However fresh graduates with strong technical skills with excellent attitude and are fast learners are welcome to apply.
The candidate should have a Diploma or higher qualification, preferably in IT and cybersecurity related fields.
The candidate will have a strong systems engineering approach to problem solving.
The candidate will have good communication skills, able to probe, clarify and explain technical solutions clearly and concisely to customers and partners to quickly resolve techincal problems.
The candidate is a keen learner, curious and adventurous, and able to think outside the box to craft innovative solutions to solve complex problems.
Candidates trained in supporting cybersecurity products and technologies will be preferred, eg Symantec, Trellix, McAfee, Trend Micro, Sophos, Kaspersky, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Forcepoint.
