Plastic Injection Moulding company is looking for a Production Engineer to assist in daily production and maintenance duties.

Job Description & Requirements

Main Duties:

- Changing, Setting and Maintenance of Plastic Injection mould machinery.

- Ensuring consistently high standards of products.

- Review operation chain and procedures and identify any lapse for improvement to the Directors

- Review operation SOP and compliance to make necessary recommendation.

- Liaise with supply chain team to ensure smooth operation for the outlets

Requirements:

- Able to read autocad drawings and designs

- Ability and knowledge in using Conventional Lathe and milling machine is an advantage

- Basic knowledge in electrical wirings is an advantage

- Willing to work in warm and dirty working environment

Salary: $2400-$2800+OT

Job Description

• Perform, document internal audits and other quality assurance activities to ensure readiness on international standards certification audits and GMP inspection.
• Create, review work instructions and standard operating procedures, devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.
• Communicating with other team members to solve problems.
• Conduct / perform training to employees to improve GMP / international standards certification awareness and compliance.
• Other duties as and when assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering
• No experience / fresh entry welcome to apply
